I created this website for you—to bring together information about me, my projects and businesses, my interests, thoughts, ideas, and lifestyle. This site, and everything I stand for, is always about the multidimensional growth of a human being—about true, authentic development and expansion: in life, in spiritual growth, and in business.

My name is Alexander Volchek. I’m 42 years old and I live in California, USA. I was born in Belarus, spent 13 years in Moscow, and moved to the United States a few years ago. I have a family—my wife and four children.

Family, to me, is not just about close relatives, but also those who are spiritually close to me. It can include friends with whom I share a deep connection.

I’ve been in business for over 20 years.

A lot has happened along the way: In 2004, I worked as a programmer. In 2005, I led development and electronics projects. In 2007, I launched my first software development business. In 2010, I became the head of Megaplan, one of the largest SaaS services at the time. In 2012, I became the owner and head of Business Molodost, then the largest company in the field of online and offline education for entrepreneurs. In 2015, I launched AGRO24, a tech platform in the food industry. In 2020, I became the CEO of GeekBrains, a leading EdTech company for IT education. In 2023, I moved to the U.S. and now run businesses in education, IT, and other fields.
