Use AI every day and for everything—at work and in everyday life

You cannot figure AI out from courses and articles—only through practice on your own real tasks. Same as with Excel: people learned it not on courses but because they used it every day. That is why I insist: no courses.
The norm is at least 35–70 different requests a day, and not only for work. Any everyday question goes to AI first: photograph the broken toilet tank, pick a hotel, plan a trip. Ordinary life is more complex than any science, and that is where the main benefit of AI is.
Standing rule. I have been repeating this “for the second year in a row” (No. 105, April 2026), and the bar keeps rising: in No. 159 (September 2026) it is at least 35–70 different requests a day.
Where to start
Ask AI dozens of questions a day, about work and everyday life, instead of keeping it “for a special occasion”.
As a leader, use AI yourself every day before rolling anything out in the company.
This is not about dependence: I can easily go for days without AI. It is about the habit of going to it with every question.
“We— I can easily go days without using artificial intelligence, nothing will happen to me if I don't find out how to make some purchase the right way or how to even treat some wound or something else.”

Quotes
“When you take a photo now with ChatGPT, it tells you: “Take this little bolt here, turn it to the left, to the right. If it doesn't turn or do anything there, your float is broken, it needs to be replaced.” ChatGPT now prompts you on simple things, which are elementary, it helps you do them.”
“But the whole funny thing is that people learned to use Excel not because they sat down separately to learn how to use it, not because they went to courses on Excel, but people learned to use Excel and know how to use it the same way people know how to type.”
“What does using them mean? It means that in a day you should be doing, with the help of these chats, no fewer than 35, 50, say, 70 different queries. I mean, for you these systems have to become a simple, ordinary norm, an ordinary norm, so that you merge with them.”
“And I told him, listen, for real, to actually understand it, it's not me you should be asking questions, you need to start using it every day in everyday life, constantly, in all aspects, and learn to use it, and use it in professional life.”
