Today you have to bring the system up to speed, and it guesses instead of asking. Real personal AI will ask questions itself, get to know you and remember your whole history. Even a voice assistant should first of all ask how to address you and how fast to speak.
Whoever teaches the system to ask a person what they really need will win. Memory has already made a leap, but models still have not started asking.
Still ahead. Memory already works: in No. 168 (September 2026) it is “a system that keeps my whole context”. But models still have not started asking the person questions: “this is a fundamental issue” (No. 164).
Where to start
Keep your history in one main system: the more it knows about you, the more precise its answers.
Bear in mind: the product that wins will be the one that questions the customer itself rather than waiting for a perfect request.
Even a strong model cannot yet digest a whole human life: I have admitted that my own project, an export of thousands of my chats, is unsolvable for now.
