Life's Challenges and the Illusion of Time
A person lives in a very interesting way: in a state of constant hustle, running, and uncertainty about today and tomorrow. They run forward, thinking that there will be a point when they can stop. And at that moment of stopping, they can think, make conclusions, decide what will happen in the future, and solve some of their issues.
On one hand, people live in a state of complete lack of freedom, when they simply don't understand what's going on. On the other hand, they have a certain feeling that finally, somewhere ahead, there will come that very moment when they will gain a state of freedom. In reality, they feel that they will be able to stop, but right now they can't: they have daily work, children, some race to always help their husband or wife, always need to make money, otherwise, they won't be able to eat, do something, otherwise, time will go away. And ahead there is a certain point when they will stop.
But there is a huge trap that is almost impossible to pass in such a situation: you can't stop time. There is no way to do it. It's logical that you can't stop the time around you that is happening, but you also can't stop time for yourself. People live always, including at night. Time constantly moves forward, no matter what happens: even if we sit and stay in silence, a person will be alone on a walk, in a state of meditation – there will still be movement forward. This is a very fine and complex edge of perception and understanding, and it incredibly misleads a person and traps their own mind, state, and current experience.
What should be done to not live in the state of tomorrow? So that in a few years you don't realize: at the moment when you seem to be able to exhale, you again postpone it forward? How to make it so that you have the opportunity and awareness that you won't do this anymore? There is a seemingly good phrase that says you need to be right here and now: love the current moment of life, be in a state of its feeling, acceptance.
But if a person has difficulties in life, at work, with money, in personal circumstances, emotional, depressive problems, then all these arguments are very specific. Because if we are in a bad state, telling ourselves that we will be in the "here and now" state is almost impossible. Honestly, it will be some illusion of this feeling, the person will not be in such a state. To understand this, you need to make a decision – it's not simple, difficult to perceive, not popular. A person is unlikely to want to make such a decision for themselves and first of all admit that their current actions and dreams about the future are illusory.
When they admit that they are illusory and that they need to enjoy the current moment in life, they see: in reality, it's not that easy. You can be in the illusion of enjoying the current moment for years, and after many years a person sees that they actually didn't enjoy it that much and weren't in the "here and now" state, essentially created an illusion for themselves that this moment will also be ahead. That is, I set this "here and now" state as some kind of goal, and it never comes. What to do about this?
The "Here and Now" State
Always when analyzing such things there is a certain layer on which we look, because there are many layers. Of course, in theory, at the current moment you can come to a state of some calm: for example, through pleasure. It's enough to immerse yourself in tasty food or good music, space and locally somehow neutralize the environment. But again: we are not talking about neutralizing our own state at the moment "here and now", not about how to fall into the "here and now" state – this is also a certain task. In fact, if I decide right now to fall into the "here and now" state, I will also have to find some pleasure around or replace it with a certain action, or work on my own concentration.
How to make this state be always inside me?
Actually, I would call it a state in which life moves, and a person is in harmony with this movement: it is not about being here and now, feeling good, having pleasure inside, having planned events happen. Harmony with this movement is that you perceive life as it is. You understand that everything happening in your life has causes and effects. And this is your current, unique life, which in fact will never succumb to any complete analysis. Only you can fully understand your life. Other people can have fragments of understanding: they can have some awareness of your life.
Time certainly can't be stopped. Don't try to do it. It's an illusion. Moreover, your entire inner being, your psychophysical system knows this. If you knew it could be done, you would stop right now, calmly, thoughtfully make conclusions, make certain decisions, trust absolutely any situation. You would calmly say to yourself: "I will do this now, because time has stopped. And then I will continue doing what I was doing."
Many people ask me for various advice or receive some information. A person still does what they want to do, always hears what they want to hear. But this is real life, the unique feature of a person. How not just to accept it, but how to relate to it from a state of freedom, balance, reverence, happiness, goodness, joy, pure perception of space? A person can develop in a wide range.
On the YouTube channel, on Instagram, I share my energy, give advice to those who want it. Recently I was talking with my partner and friend, we have a software development company (this is one of my businesses), and he says: "Do different pieces of advice work for a person?" Of course. He says they work for a long time. He answered his own question. At the same time, he says: "I think one piece of advice doesn't work." The person probably didn't ask a question, they were most likely stating a fact of personal understanding. I understand correctly that it's very hard to find a solution from one video. Can you watch such a video and find a solution for yourself?
Scaling Perception
Sometimes you can, when from one video, from one meeting with a person you can find a solution. But in reality, he is right in one thing: real scaling, wide perception – when you start seeing the patterns of life happening, much deeper cause-and-effect relationships. This can be learned, it takes time.
This applies to any type of content. When you watch something new in this direction, you touch a certain part of the information that in fragments in different places begins to gather into something and respond within your spiritual being. And this "response" can be expressed in different states: somewhere you can get an insight, somewhere it's some new feeling inside yourself, and somewhere – a new cycle of events is launched.
At another moment a person is not inclined to draw conclusions about a new cycle of events related to being in a certain space. Usually, they don't make such conclusions. The simplest conclusion that a person doesn't make: a huge number of things they have (in business or relationships) are related to the city, country where they live. For the most part, a person doesn't directly make such a cause-and-effect connection. Such conclusions are very superficial, abstract, illusory.
We don't really see that a person has a huge influence in terms of changing movement. There are things that have a basic influence – parents. And there are things that start something completely new. A person may simply not feel it: they hear time and "not time" at the same time.
Trust and learn to live long in a state of freedom. Don't look for freedom once every five years of your life for ten minutes.
