An EdTech company with an innovative platform that enables building personalized career training programs in IT. It offers more than 100 educational programs in areas such as IT, analytics, product and project management, blockchain, marketing, design, and game development. The company operates in 10 countries, with students from over 80 countries.

Under my leadership, the company demonstrated exponential growth and became one of the top 5 leaders in the Russian EdTech market. GeekBrains grew to 6 million users, increasing its 2021 revenue by 40% to $44M.

Key initiatives for the company’s growth included:
  • Implementing management and performance tracking systems, as well as developing a user goal assessment mechanism and personalized learning plans.
  • Preparing the company for an IPO.

Additionally, I launched a new lineup of IT training programs:
  • “Developer”: a unique 1–3 year IT program that enables participants to shape their own personal learning trajectory. The program methodology is based on more than 10,000 entities, and over 100,000 people have completed this training.
  • “Path into IT”: an educational show with over 1 million participants, featuring celebrity guests like Pavel Volya and Ivan Urgant.

  • Undertaken start up business with clear focused transformation into #1 online education platform in market

  • Transformed 6 decentralized business units into systematized management team with joint motivational system
  • Expand nationwide with over 100 courses and expand international with partner-based scheme. Provided legal base for new educational channel and set up foundation for new educational standards.
  • Established operational oversight to enhance profitability through increase customer engagement attention and loyalty programs
  • A new line of IT training programs has been launched (the leader in sales in the Russian-speaking market among additional education in IT)
  • Implemented a system to segment a user base and to determine the student's educational goal (500K+ segmented users with 100+ parameters profile), which led to an increase in conversion to purchase

Under my leadership, AGRO24 became a major player in the Russian food market: the company’s user base grew to 80,000+ B2B users, connecting hundreds of trading companies with buyers.

  • Developed and launched more than 15 internal tech products: price monitoring, auctions, a trading platform, a financial center, and more.

During my tenure, the company grew annually, reaching more than 1.8 million clients, an annual revenue of $20M, and a net profit of 15–30%.

  • Established internal KPI-based management, organizing the company’s resources to achieve the owners’ goals.
  • Expanded presence nationally and internationally, with offices in 170+ cities and 30 countries.

The largest SaaS service in the Russian-speaking market, enabling businesses to organize processes and facilitate employee collaboration in a single interface. More than 463,000 users from 1,500+ cities worldwide.

Under my leadership, I ensured stable annual revenue growth of 40–50% and increased the base of loyal customers sevenfold. I also opened offices in 3 countries and expanded the potential B2B customer base from 10,000 to 120,000 with an average ticket of $200.

Other key decisions I implemented to elevate the company:
  • Created and launched a new CRM product. Made architectural changes in the task management module to allow customers to grow more actively.
  • Established business processes to achieve strategic goals: 70+ sales managers with a conversion rate of over 45%, 100–300 leads per day at an average cost of $27.
  • Executed a deal to sell the company to the country’s largest IT operator (1C’s purchase of a 50% stake together with Baring Vostok Capital).
