On ToTheMoon, Oracle is the company through which the hosts watch AI turn from a startup market into state infrastructure. It comes up alongside Stargate, the TikTok deal and the question of who now carries political weight in the United States. The channel's question is how a company nobody counted as a trend a year earlier ended up at the centre of several of the largest deals of the AI era.

The starting point is episode 042, in January 2025. The hosts went through the Stargate announcement by Sam Altman, Larry Ellison and Masayoshi Son on the first working day of the Trump administration: for Oracle a chance to expand its cloud business, for OpenAI a way to depend less on Microsoft. Alexander said he had clicked to buy Oracle shares that minute, though the company had barely registered as a trend the year before. Episode 053 predicted Oracle would end up with TikTok thanks to its infrastructure and government ties, and episode 058 counted it among six companies able to put half a trillion into data centres.

In autumn 2025 the storyline played out. Episode 075 covered OpenAI's three-hundred-billion-dollar compute deal with Oracle, after which the stock jumped, and the argument over whether Oracle's owner was now the richest man in the world. In episode 077 the hosts described power in America shifting toward Oracle, Ellison and Altman, and named Oracle the main beneficiary of the TikTok consortium. In 2026, in episodes 091 and 094, the hosts recorded the outcome: Oracle and Silver Lake take 45 percent of TikTok, and Oracle builds Stargate together with OpenAI and Arm.
