Knowing the truth in relationships. How to understand another person?

Part 1 of the video: “Tell the truth "as is" or remain silent? The main illusion in relationships”

– Olya, what was the most important thing you heard in the video about how to know the truth about another person?

– I heard two key ideas:

  1. If a person has the question of whether to tell the truth or not, because it may destroy the relationship or harmony in the relationship, it is important to understand: it is impossible to know in advance the reaction of another person. How they will react may either bring people closer together and strengthen the relationship, or destroy it.
  2. To look at whether it is the truth. That is, what a person wants to say to another person, believing that it is the truth, needs to be checked: is it really the truth, and not merely one’s own thoughts.

– Good, you have made your conclusions. By the way, I want to note: you say “impossible,” but I did not say that. I did not say that it is impossible to know what another person will think. That was not said. And then you ask the question: “So what should be done?” Initially people have a formulated request: what to do in terms of how to tell the truth. A person tells themselves: “I know the truth.” And then asks: “What should I do? I still want to say the truth.”

But it is surprising that in the first part of the video, at the very beginning, I explained in detail what a person should do. I said that it is important to look at this and understand for oneself that there is an illusion about how another person perceives what is happening. I did not say that it is impossible to know this. These are different things. I said that a person is in the illusion of this perception.

Can a person be in the purity of perception? Yes, they can. But that is a separate question.

From the very beginning, it is necessary to realize that in most cases you are in the illusion of perception. Then there is the illusion of what will happen. An illusion is not simply not knowing what will happen; it is a formed inner idea of what will happen. And there is also an illusion regarding what the person themselves personally understands as the truth.

And you return again and ask: “So what should a person do?” Look at these illusions.

Do you want further actions? Everyone always wants actions, wants a mental resolution of the issue.

Recently I received a number of questions from people. And all of these questions are from people who are inside a rigid contour of their perception. As soon as they are shown a slightly wider contour of perception, they immediately say: “Thank you, my question has already disappeared.” But they continue to remain inside this rigid contour of perception.

One person asked a specific question and then wrote that they had already understood the answer. And they themselves wrote out why they understood the answer. They explained it to me in detail, as if they had written it all out with the help of GPT. But they remained exactly in the same trap where they had been before.

Therefore, when I say that you did not understand what was formulated inside, the video needs to be rewatched again and again. You simply did not hear it, and that is absolutely normal. What did you expect? You watched a video for 20–30 minutes and that is it: “I have awakened. Now I will know everything that is happening and understand how to act.” Imagine: you were told that you are in the illusion of perceiving another person. You heard this and say: “Excellent. That means it is impossible to be in the perception of another person. I am mistaken. So what should I do now?”

– Yes, that is exactly how it was.

– A person says: “Anger arose in me, aggression toward another person, disagreement.” Why does a person want to convey their truth? Often because a state of disagreement has arisen inside. Conveying the truth means that inside there is disagreement with what is happening.

Look: why did this disagreement appear? You do not try to convey the truth to everyone, you do not want to say it to everyone. Look at why it arose:

  • What kind of feeling is it, what kind of state?
  • What is it based on?
  • How is it structured?

In you personally, not in other people. People start comparing: “And why do you tell something? And where do you do something?”

Recently I read a comment: someone wrote that they watched me and decided that I am some kind of New Age. How can you perceive a person after 20–30 minutes of watching a video? Even if you are an initiated person who knows how to analyze deeply, study, and see many things, and even if in 30 minutes you are capable of perceiving tens of thousands of hours of another person’s life—his experience, his understanding, his spiritual system, spiritual beings, everything—most likely you would not write such a thing. The concept of “New Age” would not even arise in you. You would perceive it differently.

The point is that people live exclusively from the perception of the material world. And often not just the material world, but from their current perception of reality: how they want it and how they like it. Today they like a person—tomorrow they do not. Today they got married—tomorrow they divorced. Today they want children—tomorrow they do not. Today they want to work—tomorrow they do not. Today they like their boss—tomorrow they do not. Today they like the bed—tomorrow they do not. Today they like coffee—tomorrow they do not.

The same story. This is a state of relation to everything—a state of one’s own perception. Not simply what is written somewhere, but the state of one’s own perception. It would be one thing if a person moved according to established things where something is written. But now it is impossible to move like that; now there is a different soul. Three or four thousand years ago people could live like that. And they did live like that: a person moved because something was said externally, because something was written. Now a person has a different system of development, other impulses are manifesting.

Among them appears an impulse in which a person incredibly wants to prove to everyone that their personality knows everything, that it is the most correct and the most amazing. And on the other hand, inside the person is in endless doubt and confusion.

How does a person perceive another? How do you perceive another person? What do you look at when you communicate with another person? What is truth for you and what is not truth? Why do people develop the concept of New Age? And how long will this New Age exist? Always? One can always say that it is New Age. And what do you want? Old Age? Middle Age? What information are you looking for? New Age of what? Of the information that is being conveyed? Or the New Age of the spiritual being who conveys it?

The very approach, the meaning of such thinking, is so limited: a person is simply squeezed in a vise.

People ask their questions and want to receive answers to them right now, while inside they continue to digest an endless stream of dead thoughts, external energies, and everything else. At the same time they simply continue the real life, the real flow: they think they influence something, change something, look somewhere, develop something, but they rely exclusively on this life.

Therefore, to the question of what to do, the answer is—to look a little wider at what is happening. Ask yourself the question: what is truth? Is there truth in the fact that people must get married? Is there truth in the fact that people must send their children to school? Is there truth in this? Or are there thousands and tens of thousands of different variations, and each person has their own peculiarity? But not each person has their own truth from the point of view of an ego-structure.

We recorded a video on the topic of free will—what a person usually understands as free will from the point of view of egoistic constructions. If we speak about such a truth for each person, then these are egoistic constructions. When I say that each person has their own path, their own movement, their own causes and effects—this is not individualized truth. These are one’s own causes and effects. It can be said that this is the truth of the spiritual system, of the spiritual world—that would be a little clearer. But it is not the truth of a surname and a name. It is not the truth that relies only on a person here, in this life.

💡

Each time you pay attention to this, you will have the opportunity to move forward. This is the only solution that can be received. Because this material is concentrated in a certain energy to show a certain layer, so that a person hears additional information. It is only additional information.

You will endlessly ask questions: what is observation, what is truth, how to distinguish truth from lies, what are causes and effects; you will endlessly ask what karma is, what heredity is, what psychophysics is. You will endlessly ask these questions. Even from the point of view of the physical body you will endlessly ask: what the heart really is, how it functions, how the liver and kidneys function, what they are responsible for, what they influence, how they influence our consciousness and decision-making. Even within the physical body you can endlessly ask these questions.

Any complex illness causes people to have an absolute lack of understanding of what is happening. But people have learned to make diagnoses, linking everything into a system like: “We became so smart, therefore people began to live longer.” People believe this is the result of their intelligence. At the same time they do not understand the reasons why more people appeared on Earth or why people began to live longer. They do not understand the construction completely. Or rather, the question is whether they want to constantly examine and study it.

The same thing happens with your truth. When you hear the answer to a question and tell yourself: “I will take all this information and study it,” the question arises:

  • Do you really want to understand this for the sake of the question itself?
  • Or do you want to transfer this question onto a specific situation in which you do not know the truth?

If you do not know the truth of what another person thinks, if you do not know what will actually happen in terms of the flow of events, if such a combination “is this truth or not” arises regarding you, then understand: your brain and your personality cannot agree with this. They will continue searching for a solution: “Okay, so what should I do?”

Stop and do nothing.

In a specific situation, if you want an instant solution, at this moment do nothing. Simply record it for yourself.

You will say: “How is that possible? I need to continue living. I need to continue building relationships. I need to make decisions with this person—whether to work together or not, to study or not, to live together or not, to be friends or not, to have children or not,” and so on.

Can you imagine how complex these topics are? Truly complex, not abstractly complex. A person does not see basic things, basic mistakes. Every day they make thousands of mistakes. Continue making them—no problem. But at least see them.

I have different places of learning. Among them there is a space for reading various literature. Right now they are reading a book by Rudolf Steiner there—he has an explanation of the Gospels. This is a very detailed explanation of every phrase, every word, every fragment of a sentence. An explanation of what is actually being said there, what energy is inside this text, what was embedded there, how it was perceived then and how it is perceived now: who transmitted it and why exactly this way and not another; why there is the Gospel of Luke, why there is the Gospel of John, and so on.

When you read this literature, the description is so broad from the point of view of spiritual perception, so broad from the point of view of energy, esoteric, deep from the point of view of understanding the human being, that at some moment there arises a desire to quickly begin reading the ordinary Gospels, buying icons, reading the Bible, going to church.

But the church and what Rudolf Steiner describes in his works about the Gospel are absolutely different things. Moreover, he writes in 1924 that the Catholic Church finally lost itself back in 897. At that time the human soul was different. And what does a person do? How does the chain of their perception work? They read a certain material, receive a certain volume of energy, and then carry this volume of energy into the church. This is a false understanding of one’s own energies of perception.

The endless question of searching for truth. But one of the most important questions remains: why do you need to know the truth about another person? What is the meaning of this? Do you want to understand it? Why?

Olya, why do you want to understand this?

– In order to make certain decisions regarding this person: whether to continue interacting or not.

– You want to understand the truth in order to do something for yourself. Then the question arises: if you understood the truth and saw that you are minus ten thousand and that person is plus ten thousand (conditionally speaking, I assigned points), what would your actions be? Would such a truth satisfy you? Or would you look for another truth?

– The very fact of knowing that it is the truth would satisfy me. I would like not to argue with it.

– That is a big question, whether it would satisfy you. This is precisely the correct system of directing yourself: why and what do I want to know? Why and what do I want to do?

I have given this example many times. In 2012 I once ended up at an esoteric event. At that time the concept of energy did not exist for me. I did not know about it. Mentally I did not reason about it. Was I the same spiritual structure? Yes, I simply did not know it from the point of view of my personality. This is only a small fragment. It is very important to understand: the physical body dies, the spiritual system does not die.

If you name certain components—such as the soul or discuss certain worlds—in any case the physical body is not primary. Within what a person perceives through the physical body there is my physical manifestation here. But inside the structure of my thinking as a person I did not know something at that moment. However, that does not mean that elsewhere it was different. If you do not know something, that does not mean that in another place it does not exist.

This is a very interesting fact. Imagine: once you were one year old, and now you are twenty-four. From the point of view of a spiritual being, are these different things?

– No.

– Probably not. It is clear that certain changes, movements, constructions, details exist, but these can be considered separately. Overall it is the same thing.

But from the point of view of a human being you will say: “Of course I am different. In twenty-four years I have acquired knowledge, experience, intelligence, development, many details.” This is the view of the structure of thinking. But obviously at one year old you did not have this system of thinking. A child’s system is arranged differently from the point of view of perception.

In the same way, at a certain moment I perceived everything in my own way. When I first encountered the spiritual system and saw that something else existed, and I was shown that it existed, the first thing I wanted to do was to use it. For what purpose? To improve my life.

From the point of view of the spiritual world and your spiritual being, the more you approach the perception of everything that is happening around you, the more joyful it becomes for the spiritual system. Ideally it should become more joyful. As if it says: “Finally he noticed. Finally she saw something.” This is an expansion of perception.

But another question arises:

  • What is this expansion of perception actually directed toward?
  • Toward the development of negative, dark, or karmic constructions—as often happens in a person’s life?
  • Again toward a race, again toward striving to prove and achieve?
  • Or toward movement toward a ray of light? Let us call it the direct road to truth.

Or does a departure occur in different directions, into turns, into deviations. A person turns aside, dies, is born again, cooks somewhere within life, gradually moves again toward this road, toward this ray of light. Then they are thrown back again for kilometers, sometimes thousands of kilometers, and again they try to move. Or it happens that a person simply stopped, got stuck, and the ray of light gradually disappears for them—they can no longer connect with it. Everything moves, everything changes.

There are areas where nothing moves, but this cannot be described in words. A process occurs there that cannot be transmitted to the physical brain. Just as it is impossible to transmit the simultaneous perception of fifteen worlds in consciousness. A person cannot simultaneously listen to two people, for example a wife and a television. Or perform three other actions in parallel on a phone. What then can we talk about? To realize simultaneously one’s presence in different spaces is very difficult to convey.

There is a line of movement. Sometimes a person does not approach this line, as if they “stall” and do not move into the next phase of development. For the physical personality this may cause fear. Although in reality the personality is not connected with this at all. A name, a surname, the current incarnation—the material perception of oneself—has nothing to do with whether this movement has “stalled” or not. What difference does it make to the personality whether this movement has stopped or not?

This resembles all discussions about hell and heaven. What a simple solution was offered to people: there are two places—hell and heaven. Bingo. There is the spiritual world, an enormous number of processes, movements, actions. An incredible amount has been written and transmitted. But people are offered two places—hell and heaven. This is an egoistic construction: there is good and there is bad. There is hell and there is heaven. And a person perceives it as a simple system of redemption.

But what is actually meant by these words? What meanings are embedded in them? How are they experienced? In what texts were they transmitted? None of this is understood. What remains is a materialistic perception: A – B. One – two. A simple scheme of choosing states.

If a person has movement along this line—toward infinite light—then the question arises: what is truth in knowing another person? If we interact with another person, does it even matter to convey some truth or untruth to them? Or to convey truth to oneself? Which truth exactly? Does it matter at all?

An important thing is to remember this ray.

In this material, at least, this energy is transmitted quite strongly. It can help people not only those who are initiated, but also those who truly want to expand their perception—to see this ray. It is shown here very clearly. It is as if it has been standing before you for ten or fifteen minutes already. This space simply exists like a picture, like a painted world. It is a naked, open, real space. Like a mandala, like a universe.

And when a person remembers this, suddenly it turns out that the situation which seemed so important no longer has that significance. Just as it ceases to have significance if a person dies. When you die, will it matter to you how to build relationships with another person? In that very second it will become unimportant.

There is even such a term—separation. To learn to remain in a state of separation, to understand what is simultaneously present in life.

Today I have the same day in which I will have breakfast, lunch, dinner, go drink coffee. I will conduct spiritual sessions, go to work meetings. I need to go get an ultrasound at the doctor. In the evening I will go to sleep. Simple, absolutely natural events. I do not know—maybe lay a cable in the garden, finish the irrigation system. Maybe walk the dog. Maybe do something with the children: draw or throw a ball. Maybe simply ask a question, argue or quarrel, sleep or wash the floor. These are simple events. They exist, and no one removes them.

A degree of importance arises, as if this ray is more important than simple events. Pay attention: right now the ray is not more important than simple events. When we spoke about a situation with another person—about understanding it, finding the truth—then it becomes visible that this ray is more important. Because the very attempt to find “truth” there often turns out to be meaningless.

But when we are speaking about the most ordinary events of life, the energy within them is the same. Why? Because it is the same energy. If you are inside this ray, then you are inside it in all of these events as well. This is an astonishing energy.

There is a certain omnipresent line that leads a person with enormous speed toward the light, toward the correct movement, toward true spiritual-human development. Toward the development of perception of the spiritual world, soul-spiritual development, the development of the human system, bodies, spiritual hierarchies, worlds, universes—everything. There is this ray, and a person seems to fly inside it.

There are areas nearby where a person deviates. This is visible—such fields of deviation. And there are simple life events, and they are also inside this ray if a person perceives them that way. I deliberately listed the most ordinary things. I even said: shouted at someone, got angry, washed the floor, worked, held a meeting.

It turns out that there is no difference in what actions are performed. The actions themselves do not matter. What matters is what meaning you put into them, what state you are in, what feeling is inside, how you relate to all of this, how you separate it.

If I had said that there are “especially important events”—for example, going to a retreat—then a shift would immediately occur. The problem is not in going to a retreat, sitting in a cave, communicating with someone, watching the right material, reading a lecture, sitting in meditation or conducting meditation. The essence is in the source of what is happening: how you relate to it and how much it is connected with truth.

  • Is it normal, when communicating with another person, to ask the question: “Where is the truth?” Yes, it is normal.
  • Is it normal to look at how to act at a particular moment—what decisions to make, what to say? Yes, it is normal.
  • Is it necessary to search for solutions in life in interaction with other people? Of course. This is what human life consists of—to interact, to seek solutions.

But this is another layer. Can it be understood mentally?

Imagine: if you take this material and send it to ChatGPT, asking it to analyze my statements, what will it produce? It will produce a set of words. I call this, in this case, garbage. Why? Because these will be dead thoughts. This does not mean that ChatGPT should not be used. On the contrary, I speak a lot about the fact that it should be used. I have a separate channel To The Moon, where we discuss artificial intelligence. The question is different: what exactly do you want to study with its help and what decisions do you want to make. Is it an auxiliary tool? Or do you completely shift the decision onto it? “Now ChatGPT will tell me,” “ChatGPT, based on this video, tell me what to do.”

If ChatGPT takes the entire material, listens to it, and tries to answer a person’s question “what should I do,” it will probably try to keep the explanation close to this line. It will find some important phrases and highlight them. But these will still be dead thoughts. There will be no energy in them. Can energy be placed into digital material? Theoretically it can. A video can be processed in a certain way, and energy will be present there.

I remember a person who sells invisible sculptures. He sells them for ten, twenty, or thirty thousand dollars. He says they are spiritual sculptures. He explains how they should be installed, where to place them, how to relate to them. On one hand, it sounds strange: an invisible sculpture for twenty thousand dollars.

But I give this example not to discuss buying such sculptures. The question is different: is it possible to place energy into invisible space? Is it possible to create a conditional sculpture in space? Is it possible to materialize energy? Of course it is. And in the same way you can place energy into a text. You can place it into music, into a song, into a painting. You can even place it into a jacket. It sounds funny, but many things are possible.

The question is only one: why? And what exactly do you want to do? And in what volumes?

I want to say the following. If today people began to perceive the spiritual world much more—not just talk about it, but truly see it—do you know how many invisible sculptures would appear for sale? Can you imagine the scale of parasitism that would appear? It would be a virus of capturing the human being. Not because it is bad in itself, but because a person would be given a new form of faith, slightly broader. A person can easily be shifted within it. Additional aspects of perception can be shown to them.

This is what happens on the basis of the spiritual world: through various practices, rituals, trips, medicines, different substances, caves, meditations, different movements and teachings, reading various texts.

What is a meditative state? It is the expansion of one’s perception.

I have a channel about meditation, and there I talk a lot about this. In general it is the expanded perception of a person; it is not an exercise. It is a state of a person within the framework of their life—a meditative state.

Imagine that you increasingly enter expanded perception by entering a certain type of space or state. Obviously it is much easier to tune in, to see something and perceive something in a calmer space than in a less calm one. If a person begins to perceive the spiritual world a little more, then placing themselves into a space of silence will lead them into a state of perception.

There is one nuance here. You may come to a certain place for meditation. There they will say that it is this space that helps you enter the state of meditation. But in reality you yourself enter expanded perception—personally. However, you begin to associate it not with yourself but with that space. Although it may be the opposite: precisely because you were present there, the space became like that.

I have seen many such patterns over the past eight years, since I began to observe this carefully. It is important here to hold on to the central core and not let go, otherwise it can pull you in.

A person begins to perceive a little more and immediately says: “I see the truth.” “I immediately see that another person is lying.” But the structure of another person’s lie has a huge number of layers. What exactly is lying? Who is lying in this spiritual system? Why can truth and untruth separate into layers? A person may speak untruth and know it. They may speak truth and think it is untruth. They may be in certain circumstances. They may control it or not control it.

This happens in your presence or without you. It is a whole spectrum of different energies. There are incredibly many of them. This shows that expanded perception has consequences. But a person does not care about that. They want to use expanded perception with pleasure.

One of the important questions is how this will unfold in the coming decades. One of the key moments in the development of people on Earth is connected with the fact that someday we will see a space in which people who speak about the spiritual will not be separated from everyone else.

If we continue dividing people—there are IT specialists, there are physicists, mathematicians, historians, politicians, economists, singers, basketball players, baseball players—and separately there are priests or spiritual people—if this division remains, then we will continue to remain inside it.

Moreover, this division is largely manipulative. In the world there are an enormous number of manipulations connected with access to information or resources. Often an impression is created that only a certain group of people can possess this knowledge. As long as humanity remains in this system of division, movement will occur in exactly this way. Look at it more broadly.

For the modern person there is very little recorded history. People like watching recorded videos, therefore it seems to them that now they have become smarter. They see many people who say something in videos. And immediately they say: “This one was smart a year ago, but now he talks nonsense.” Such things happen constantly. The one who was called very smart ceases to be considered such. The one who was called a good person suddenly appears in prison. The one who was called bad begins to be considered a saint.

Information is becoming more and more. Imagine what will happen when we have at least two hundred years of recorded videos, photographs, archives. Not when we perceive a person painted on an icon and say that he is a saint who lived in the 14th century, but when we have real recordings of his life. How interesting it would be then to hear how people reason about many historical figures. This is one of the tests of the human mind.

  • On the one hand, it will draw people into very specific systems, almost computer worlds.
  • On the other hand, it may give a person the possibility to awaken.

Even the perception of children will be different. Today there are still no people who have lived seventy years of life completely recorded on video. When I say “recorded,” I mean a large number of recordings like today. Even I will not fall into that category anymore. And you most likely will not either. When you were born twenty-four years ago, far fewer videos were recorded, and there were almost no mobile phones.

But people who were born in the 2010s will live in a completely different situation. For example, my children. With my eldest daughter, who was born in 2016, you can see that the first years of her life were recorded much less. With the younger ones—much more.

If you compare this even with my childhood—the difference is enormous. Imagine people who in 80–90 years will watch recordings of their lives. What conclusions will they draw about their behavior, about their perception of other people, about real actions. Even now separate elements of this are already appearing.

Once I joked: I have a bracelet. One day I was talking to my mother, and she said: “You are angry now.” I replied: “I will open the bracelet app and show you that I am absolutely calm.” But one memory is enough, and the energy already changes. Imagine what will happen when such things can be determined instantly. In the TV series “Black Mirror”, such scenarios are shown very vividly. It shows how illusions explode and what is really happening becomes visible.

Right now all of this is only developing. And in twenty years many will say: “How stupid people used to be.” Scientists will write new articles about how naive everyone was. And they will say: “Now we have finally understood everything. Now we know how the world works.”

And here the main question of this entire topic arises: where is the truth, where is the lie, and how can one even know the truth in another person.
