Hello, everyone. Some people will be watching the recording, given the problems we've had with our links. I'm going to start a series of meetings devoted to the spiritual world and to this kind of spiritual immersion. I hope you can hear me well. To the spiritual world and spiritual immersion. Today's meeting will be about thirty or forty-five minutes, perhaps a little longer. I don't think it will be more than thirty minutes. During today's meeting—in fact, right from the beginning, now that the meeting has already started—we will enter meditation together.
I want to mention something very important. Someone asked today, “What kind of meditation will it be?” Or someone wrote, “Will you be sensing me at these meetings?” At meetings like this with me, you can only sense yourself. The aim of today's meeting, including this meditative immersion, is to connect with yourself as fully as possible, without any additional elements mixed in, without additional sensations or immersions.
If you can give yourself a quiet space now... Of course, you can enter this immersion in any state: you can be somewhere noisy, sitting in a restaurant, or at work. But for a good, genuine immersion, I recommend being in an enclosed space—now and in the future, in an enclosed space. Preferably, listen even without headphones.
One of the biggest problems with any meditative state is the modern person's preconception that they understand and know what meditation is. They have some echoes of it, some understanding of what meditation is. There is a very good description and explanation: you can never enter a meditative state with the goal and intention of entering a meditative state. Basically, that is almost impossible for a person to do. Or they will be under an illusion: they will think that if some thoughts have disappeared or they have switched to some visualization, they have entered a real, active meditative state. But it is simply some state they are experiencing.
A person's task is to learn to enter into contact and connect—to connect as fully as possible—with their soul-and-spirit system, with their self. First and foremost, with their self. Our meeting today is intended to help you connect with yourself as fully as possible.
There are many different people who practice entering meditative states, certain kinds of immersion while traveling, in the mountains, in particular buildings, using some external means. But the basic immersion in a genuinely deep state does not require—generally, it does not require—any additional external circumstances beyond a certain disposition on your part.
If you can experience and calmly observe your state during this meeting, calmly observe it without expectations, without judgment, including judgment of yourself—and in fact, most importantly, without judging yourself—then you are always guaranteed to enter a very deep state with me.
In this case, I certainly am not, and will not be, a person who somehow influences your own development. But I am certainly someone who can take you into a very deep space, an incredibly deep space.
The immersion itself began at the very beginning of this meeting. In fact, it began even before this meeting started. It will continue for a long time. It does not matter whether someone is watching this meeting live or as a recording, or is here with us at the meeting.
What goes through a person's mind about being in meditation? Why do people ask what kind of meditation it will be? Why does that happen? Once again, it happens because of their expectations about what meditation is. Imagine a particular state that gives you an immediate effect, right here and now. For example, right here and now, it becomes quiet for you. But it can always be quieter. Silence is infinite in terms of its layers. It can always be quieter still. So it has become quiet, or you have felt something in your physical body, and a person says, “I felt something.” They want, they want a particular effect.
But in reality, when we talk about truly immersing yourself in a connection with yourself, in a profound state, a vast number of spaces have nothing to do with what you feel here and now, with what state you experience here and now. What matters far more is what happens to your connection with your own spiritual being, with your self, your connection with yourself, so that for the coming decades—not just years, months, or weeks, but for the coming decades—you feel your soul-and-spirit system becoming active, more and more active. So that you increasingly begin to truly feel life, to truly feel more. And as you feel this life, you take the right actions, know your real next step, understand causes and effects. You truly feel what is happening around you. You truly, really feel what is happening around you. These are different things. It is one thing to draw an immediate conclusion because something has changed in your physical body, or because you have had some sudden insight or thought. It is another to see your soul system steadily awakening, year after year. For over the past several thousand years, people have experienced a huge variety of activations through different kinds of practices, religions, groups, communities, and states.
That includes a huge number of complications and restrictions—restrictions for the sake of certain people's power, restrictions on people's perception of the spiritual world. A huge number of barriers have been put up: to enter a particular state, a person has to receive some kind of restructuring, some kind of initiation. A person's fundamental task is to connect and align with their self as fully as possible. By aligning with their self, a person has the opportunity to transform their system entirely on their own, personally; to see space, to see worlds, to see their next steps, to see causes and effects.
To be in clarity, in harmony with yourself. In harmony with yourself. This is not about feeling a high, not about pleasure, not about colors. Connecting with yourself is not about feeling great and having a wonderful time. Immersing yourself in a connection with yourself is something entirely different. It is far more beautiful than anything that can be expressed in any material word. Far more... These things cannot be compared. All comparisons disappear there. All words and comparisons disappear there, including words such as “far more.” In those moments, they simply do not exist.
To immerse yourself in meditation and enter particular states, do you need to have certain objects around you or be in a particular state yourself? Or is it enough to join a meeting online or watch a recording online? In fact, it is enough simply to be here and listen to this meeting from beginning to end. Dropping into a meeting for a minute, two minutes, three minutes, or five does not allow your state to move through the process and become active in a particular way. That is impossible.
Let me remind you once again of one of the main problems with any meditative state. At this point, I could say nothing more at all, and we could remain in this space and simply be attentive in it. One of the main problems there is, in general, is human expectations. Expectations about the person transmitting. Expectations about yourself. Your own expectations, your own endless expectations. The task is to dissolve these expectations, dissolve them into nothing, just as they are dissolving right now, at this very moment, leaving and dissolving. For each of you who is present here and now—even if you do not want to be here, even if you have just connected for thirty seconds—your expectations will dissolve. Any point of contact, any entry into this contact, will be in a state of expectation. In the same way, most people will forget about being in this meditation, about coming to this meditation. That is the nature of deep immersion. They will simply forget, forget that it happened.
Right now, there is an opportunity to touch very deep states: a state of connection with yourself, a very deep connection with yourself. For the most part, people have not experienced contact with themselves in this life. Some people touched on fleeting aspects of it in childhood. In modern times, even in childhood, touching this state is almost impossible and terribly difficult. Everyone needs to understand that there is always a deeper state of immersion. There is no limit to immersion. Someone says, “I've learned to meditate.” Someone says, “I've experienced samadhi.” Someone says, “I'm in a state of nirvana.” Someone says, “I've attained enlightenment.” There are no limits to this. There is an infinite multitude of enlightenments for a person living here and now. For a living person, there is an infinite amount of any kind of immersion. There is no limit to immersion. Believe me, the scale of immersion can be so immense that it is impossible even to comprehend it, process it, or remain with it.
The human mind wants, in any case, to explain, to translate this into a particular language, to prove it to itself, instead of remaining in a state of observation. One of the most important things, even here, at this very moment, is to remain in a state of observation. A state of observation. One of the wonderful states of observation allows a person in the twentieth or twenty-first century to keep their eyes open during the meditative process.
With your eyes open, specifically in the spaces where we are together right now, there is an opportunity to synchronize fully with your spiritual being, with yourself, with your self. Full synchronization, not an escape into the spiritual. You cannot escape into the spiritual. How could you escape into the spiritual at all? We live in a spiritual world. The material world is created by the spiritual. How could you escape into the spiritual? That is an illusion invented on top of another illusion. It is like placing the material world and the spiritual world side by side and saying that someone has gone off into the world of the soul—the spiritual world. How can you go off into the world of soul and spirit? How can you go off into it? We are in it all the time. I am in it all the time. Every person is in it all the time. Is there some separate space for it? There is not. Wherever you go, you still find yourself in the spiritual world. Whether it is vividly material or supposedly vividly spiritual, with no material element, what difference does it make? It is all one and the same.
In this case, keeping your eyes open, if you are looking at me, allows you to be in very deep states, to synchronize your system very deeply. Your present consciousness, with your eyes open—at least in the spaces where we are at this very moment, at this very moment—never interprets these states. That is impossible. The current states cannot be interpreted in any way at all. What is this? What kind of contact is this? Some people will not feel anything; others will feel extremely powerful energy, immense energy. Essentially, neither case matters very much. There is no difference in terms of your alignment with this, in terms of your own transformation. Being in a space like this, in a practice like this, there will in any case be a very deep immersion, an extremely powerful immersion.
Once again, any interpretation is meaningless. When we are talking about a connection with your spiritual being, what interpretations of what is happening could there be? People like it when their spine has cleared, when some organ has flared up, when they begin to feel heat, a burning sensation in the chest, or a certain silence comes. But if you look at it globally, truly broadly and systematically, what difference does it make that this happened? When we say that you have aligned with your spiritual being, each of you with your own self, it means that you have become active for your entire life, for your entire life—you have become active for your entire life. No one will ever be able to switch that off in you, anywhere, under any circumstances.
This activation brings real freedom into your system. Real, true freedom—not abstract freedom, not false freedom, but real, true freedom. True freedom that may seem to you, every day, like madness, chaos, destruction, because it is the destruction of your personality. A person is used to living entirely within an ego system and developing together with the ego computer, performing a huge number of automated actions. They think that gaining freedom means gaining an even greater ability to control, to rule, to order other people around. But gaining freedom means the complete destruction of the ego computer's programs—or, more precisely, those programs' inability to act.
In those moments, the ego computer cannot act. It has no power over you. At other moments, it will still have power over you. We live in the twenty-first century, in the modern world. It will still have power. And let it have it; that makes no difference. What matters is that if you have connected with yourself and gained access to freedom—to real freedom, to true freedom—you are where you know what calm is, where you know what silence is, where you begin to feel that love is something other than an invented word; where you understand the lie you are actually living in, how endlessly, endlessly you live through automated actions.
The meditative sequence of observing your state during meditation, when you are in your own space and at the same time looking at me with your eyes open, gives you very powerful opportunities, very powerful opportunities for activation. What is the possibility here, and what is distinctive about entering meditative states of this kind? Even when there is a recording, you can watch that recording again, calmly watch it again. Whatever is happening, if you watch it again with a proper intention, you will enter a state of calm.
Whatever chaos you have inside, when it comes to entering meditation, a person always thinks in terms of time: that time matters. Someone has spent a thousand hours in meditation, someone a hundred thousand hours, and someone five minutes. They think that time is important. Each of those people, absolutely every person, has their own unique, their own unique soul-and-spirit system. A unique spiritual being. Unique, absolutely unique. One person can differ dramatically from another, if you are not comparing their bodies—their physical, biological bodies. The difference is dramatic, so dramatic that often they cannot even be compared. Of course, we are used to comparing age, education, the amount of money in a bank account, the number of children, happiness in the family—some utterly illusory measures and judgments that have no connection, absolutely no connection, to what your spiritual being actually is.
If you are sensing and connected with your self and your spiritual being, none of the world's benefits will ever matter more to you than your own connection. You will never trade that connection away. The problem is that a person has forgotten about it. This is the evolutionary path of development. It is not exactly a problem. Although, if we look at the present time, then at the present time, of course, it is a problem. It will take a certain amount of time: centuries—three hundred, four hundred, five hundred years. More and more people will long for activation, for connection with themselves. More and more will awaken and live within real spiritual impulses.
So, speaking of time, very often one minute is important and enough, while in some cases it takes an entire life. Every person's task is to strengthen their connection with themselves more and more. As that connection grows stronger, a person will increasingly, day after day, day after day, be in a state of truly perceiving space, understanding the truth of life, knowing their own action and their next step. They will awaken. In any case, they will move toward it in different ways: some through very specific, strictly material ways, others through some practices. For the spiritual world, there is no concept of hurrying in time. It makes no difference whether you do this now or eight hundred years from now. It makes absolutely no difference to the spiritual world. It is a natural process.
Today's meeting—whether you watched part of it, arrived halfway through, watched it again, watched all of it, or happened upon a short fragment—has three parts, three parts with distinctly different energies, following one after another. When you watch this meeting again, and many of you will watch it again more than once, observe the difference in energy between the three parts. These parts did not come about because I assumed it would be that way from the beginning, or because I said that was how it was. They happened naturally today. It is natural that they happened that way. I will repeat meetings like this, hold them from time to time and announce them somewhere. I do not yet know exactly when, how many meetings there will be, or at what times. I will announce them through my channels—on Instagram, on Telegram, in various places. I strongly recommend watching this meeting again from the very beginning. It will appear on my YouTube channel in the Live section, or whatever it is called, broadcasts or streaming. It will appear there; it will be there.
Thank you very much, everyone. Have a good day.
