Life
A spiritual development program. Monthly participation
In the Life program the whole focus is on deep spiritual study. You join the group and stay in it for as long as there is an inner impulse to go further: meetings, meditations, assignments, reflections, and questions that I go through during the month.
It is a space for close interaction with me, where I guide each participant, helping them identify their next step in spiritual development.
Applications are open“I welcome participants who are ready for long-term interaction and deep spiritual study.”

True spiritual development is life itself
People often see spiritual development as a separate part of life. For example, there is business, there is family, there is work, and there is spiritual development. But that is not how it is.
True spiritual development begins with the realization that a person is, first and foremost, a spiritual being. When you see it this way, every aspect of life, from family to career, becomes part of spiritual development.
It is not limited to religious practices, social norms, or personal achievements. I see spiritual development as a process of becoming aware of your nature, understanding how the world is structured, and being able to perceive each event as part of a single path.
This process begins with an awareness of your spiritual nature and requires continual observation, reflection, and action. Understanding this can allow a person to move beyond the ordinary and realize the true meaning of their existence.
Spiritual development is not simply a part of life. It is life itself, in all its manifestations.Every action, every thought, every event, every area of life, every moment of life is spiritual.
Knowing yourself as the main purpose of life
Each person's main task is to develop through knowing themselves. This is not simply a philosophical concept, but a fundamental task for every person. It is a path to harmony and a way to understand the world around you and your place in it more deeply. It is a path to the truth that frees a person from illusions.
It is important to understand that knowing yourself is an endless process. You cannot reach a point where you can say, “I understand myself completely.” Each new level of awareness opens up new questions and horizons. It is a continual expansion.
When a person makes knowing themselves their purpose, everything in their life changes. It becomes a new point of support around which relationships, work, creativity, and even the most ordinary tasks take shape.
Life begins to be perceived differently: not as a series of goals and achievements, but as a single process in which every detail has meaning. Even routine moments become filled with awareness and an important part of the overall path.
A state of observation: the key to spiritual development and knowing yourself
“Observation is not an analysis of the future or regret about the past. It is a pure perception of the moment as it is.”
A state of observation helps you see more, feel more broadly, and make decisions that arise from deep awareness. True observation gives rise to creativity, inner strength, and real life.
Observation is one of the central tools I consider in the process of spiritual development and knowing yourself. For me, it is not simply a technique or a method. It is a state in which a person begins to see and perceive reality without attachment to their ego, without judgment or emotional immersion. It is what allows you to look at life with clarity and depth.
I often encounter people who underestimate the significance of observation or confuse it with something else. For example, many believe they are already in a state of observation, yet they focus on the consequences of their actions, on the results that will come afterward. This, however, disrupts the very nature of observation.
It is impossible to achieve total observation, one hundred percent. It is a state that always remains in motion, in process. The more a person is in a state of observation, the broader their perception of themselves and the world around them becomes.
It is important to strive toward it, to learn to enter this state in all kinds of situations: from small things, such as talking with someone at work or buying coffee, to moments of deep crisis when it feels as though the whole world is falling apart.
Observation is often seen as a kind of emotionlessness, especially when you are talking with another person and do not show your usual emotional reactions. But that is not what it is. On the contrary, it is the highest form of participation, in which you detach your personality from what is happening and see the situation as it truly is.
A group exclusively for spiritual development
People come here with all kinds of questions: about relationships, children, parents, health, work, money, sometimes business. Every question is answered from spiritual vision and spiritual perception: the attention is always on your state, your perception and your next step in spiritual development.
“Once again: this group is about spiritual development and spiritual perception. Spiritual development and spiritual perception.”
- Every question from spiritual vision. A question about business or money is looked at through how you perceive what is happening, the state you act from and what stands behind it.
- This is not business consulting. No strategies are built here and no numbers are analyzed.
- This is not therapy or medicine. The program does not replace the help of a psychotherapist or a doctor: it is a path of spiritual study.
- Topics from the participants' lives. The program's topics adapt to what participants bring, but the view of them is always the same one: spiritual.
Meetings, meditations, questions, reflections and assignments
Once every four weeks the group meets online. Between the meetings there are questions and answers, reflections, assignments and meditations.
Group meeting
Online by video call, usually on Friday at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time: evening in Europe. Sometimes a meeting comes after 3 weeks. The meeting is held in Russian. It is recorded, but it is better to be there live.
Meditations and additional meetings
Closed meditations of the group and separate meetings to go through questions. They happen when the group needs them, not on a schedule.
Questions
A question is written in the group when it comes up. I go through the questions during the month: by voice in the group, at a meeting or through an assignment.
Reflections
Participants write about what is happening with their state, their perception and their practice. I read the reflections and answer them.
Assignments
Assignments and materials are given inside the group and become part of an ordinary day.
Private group
Questions, reflections, assignments and the meeting schedule. The BeSolid team adds you to the group once your participation is arranged.
How the first group met
Over 21 months: 31 meetings, 15 meditations and 1 additional meeting recorded. On average the group met every 21 days, most often on Friday; a usual meeting lasted about 2 hours.
What participants write
Excerpts from the reflections and messages of the first group's participants: what they came with, what they noticed, what changed. No names and no personal details; translated from Russian.
“My wife says I've changed, become steadier and more accepting. That sounds like a compliment. And over these last eventful days, I've noticed that events unfold, including contrary to my expectations, while I remain in place and watch calmly. Such a feeling of home. A home within.”
“With all this ‘lack of engagement,’ my attitude toward myself and toward others has changed a lot, which amazes me, to be honest. I observe it and can't believe it's happening. There's more freedom in everything. It's as though I've come over to my own side, whereas before I was always against myself.”
“It felt as though all week you're tossed every which way by the waves of everyday life, and on Friday evening you come into a quiet harbor.”
“And I used to hate business meetings. I'd say things there emotionally, trying to prove something to somebody. But now, at an extremely difficult meeting, I just had a blast for two hours. I simply felt really good.”
“Perceiving my states always: in a meeting, with my child, when I'm buying coffee! And this perception leads to the right actions, to the right next step!!!”
“And from somewhere I've also found the strength not to get angry at strangers; an impulse was born to look at them from love. More precisely, I may start getting angry, but then I check myself and transform it.”
“At first I even felt irritated that others seem to have some kind of visual experience and I don't. But then I realized that for me this meditation goes through sensations, not through pictures. … Despite the absence of vivid visual images, the meditation still turned out to be deep, calm, and filled with love for me.”
“This morning I saw my daughter, and when we met she started telling me something about shorts and about cats. Does it have any significance, this particular subject of conversation? … So what did the communication actually consist of? Cats and shorts took up less than 1% of it.”
“For the second day now I've been observing an incredible freedom. … I mean, life is becoming like breathing. … Without exaltation, you simply breathe. It's natural to live like this, but unfamiliar.”
How questions are answered
A question can be asked at any time: about loved ones, children, work, fears, practice. Every question is answered from spiritual vision. A few questions from the group and the answers to them:
I see no images in meditation. Am I doing something wrong?
“And it doesn't matter whether you have vision and images or not. It isn't necessary at all, and it isn't an indicator of movement.”
I lose my temper and shout at my loved ones. What do I do with this?
“…the most important aspect there is, is to perceive that you are doing it. Not to judge yourself, not to punish yourself, not to slip into a mode of piling endless guilt on yourself… That is the first step.”
There was movement, and now it feels as if everything has rolled back. What is wrong?
“That is, there's no such thing as you moving forward and then turning around and going back. That doesn't exist.”
How do I talk with a child about the spiritual?
“And not to try to be a teacher here, not to try to be a know-it-all, but to try to speak calmly where you know and where you understand… where you don't know, calmly say: ‘I don't know this, and I'm studying it, I'll be studying it.’”
What the meetings have already covered
The themes of the first group's past sessions. Future meetings will have other themes too: they come from the participants' questions and from what happens in the group.
Knowledge, practice, and actually bringing it into life
A key element of the program is the assignments I will give each participant.
A deep awareness of your inner states.
Expanding your perception and your ability to see connections in your life.
Knowing yourself and your actions.
The ability to see relationships of cause and effect.
Studying your true nature.
The program's topics will adapt to participants' needs to make the process as effective as possible.
A participant should come with the mindset of a student, ready for deep work.
People come here when they truly need it
This program is for those who feel an inner impulse to pursue spiritual development and are ready for serious inner work. People come to the program who want to truly be in it, not to see how it is set up.
A participant comes in the position of a student ready for deep work: doing the assignments, writing reflections, asking questions and hearing the answers.
If right now you just want to come in and try it because monthly participation is technically possible, I ask you not to apply to the program. Perhaps this is not the time for you.
Who the program is not for
- Those who do not have a clear inner desire and impulse to participate.
- Those who simply want to try it and are not ready for long-term interaction.
- Those looking for quick changes and ready-made solutions.
- Those who need business advice rather than spiritual study.
How the group works
A few rules the group rests on. All the rules are on a separate page.
A group exclusively for spiritual development
Every question, about relationships, children, work, money or business, is answered only from spiritual vision and spiritual perception. There is no business consulting, therapy or medical advice here.
The position of a student
A participant comes to learn: does the assignments, observes, writes reflections and asks questions. What is required gets done; what is additional is a choice.
A reflection every week
At least once a week, a reflection on your state, your practice and how you are living through what happens.
Questions and reflections have their own place
Each topic of the group has its own place. A question about your own choice is asked separately, among the questions, not inside a reflection about others.
At least one question a week
Questions are part of the practice, not a reason to feel awkward. A question that comes from life matters more than a correct wording.
You can join at any time
The program opens to participants on December 1, 2026. You can apply now, and you can join the program at any time: in December or later. The group's meetings are held in Russian.

V100 is a program for developing and scaling yourself: personally, in business and professional life, in your family. Life focuses exclusively on a person's spiritual development.
