Group rules

What the Life group rests on: exclusively spiritual development, the position of a student, reflections and questions.

  1. A group exclusively for spiritual development

Every question, about relationships, children, work, money or business, is answered only from spiritual vision and spiritual perception. There is no business consulting, therapy or medical advice here.

“Once again: this group is about spiritual development and spiritual perception. Spiritual development and spiritual perception.”
Alexander Volchek · on what the group is about
  2. The position of a student

A participant comes to learn: does the assignments, observes, writes reflections and asks questions. What is required gets done; what is additional is a choice.

“If I said to do something, you do it. If I write it, you do it; if I recommend something in addition, that's up to you.”
    Alexander Volchek · on assignments
  3. A reflection every week

At least once a week, a reflection on your state, your practice and how you are living through what happens.

“I want to send you a little video reminder so that you write a reflection on your state without fail once a week. On what you feel, how you are living through things, how you are living through the spiritual world, how you are living through the material world. … Even if you read one line a day, that's needed: you need to write about it and report it.”
Alexander Volchek · on the weekly reflection
  4. Questions and reflections have their own place

Each topic of the group has its own place. A question about your own choice is asked separately, among the questions, not inside a reflection about others.

“If it's a question, it goes in Questions. If it's a reflection, it goes in Reflection”
Alexander Volchek · on where to post what
“This is about other people's choices. Don't mix them up. Ask about your own choice separately, in Questions”
Alexander Volchek · replying to a reflection
  5. At least one question a week

Questions are part of the practice, not a reason to feel awkward. A question that comes from life matters more than a correct wording.

  6. An answer comes within the month

Questions are answered in different ways: by voice in the group, at a meeting, through an assignment. Sometimes the same day, sometimes two weeks later. If a question was left without an answer, remind me.

“I mean, I may answer every day for a whole week, or I may not answer for two weeks. That means these questions have to sit for a while, sit, stay, remain there.”
Alexander Volchek · on when answers come
“And by the way, if I skip questions, remind me, because I can miss them. I mark them, but I can accidentally miss one.”
Alexander Volchek · on missed questions
  7. It is better to be at the meeting

Meetings are recorded, and the recording can be watched. But being there live, with your camera on, in the moment, is something else.

“Try to set aside this time. If anyone can't make it, there will be a recording. But it's better to be there.”
Alexander Volchek · before the first meeting
  8. Preparing for meditation

It is an intention: not a posture or special conditions, but being engaged in life during the day and attention to people.

“Preparing doesn't mean you have to shut yourself in a room and sit in the lotus position. Preparing means having an intention, being engaged in life throughout the day, perceiving people.”
Alexander Volchek · on preparing for a meditation
  9. Visions and images are not the goal

Do not compare yourself with other participants and their descriptions. Whether or not you see images is not a measure of movement.

“And it doesn't matter whether you have vision and images or not. It isn't necessary at all, and it isn't an indicator of movement.”
    Alexander Volchek · on meditation
“Essentially, when you see someone else's description, you may get the feeling that it's some kind of super-clear state, but it's that person's personal state; they are describing it personally. Observe these comparisons”
Alexander Volchek · on other people's reflections
  10. If you feel unwell, write to me directly

A hard state does not wait for an answer in the common feed: write about it right away and directly.

“If you start feeling bad… in future, write right away, okay, in private messages. You start feeling bad, you write in private messages.”
Alexander Volchek · replying in the group
  11. No dependence

The program does not create dependence on its leader and does not make a guru of him: its task is your own perception.

“The thing is, my system is built in such a way that I myself don't accept dependence, and my system doesn't create dependence, right, none whatsoever.”
Alexander Volchek · answering a question in the group
  12. Participation by the month

Participation is paid every month. You can join at any time; we recommend staying in the program for at least six months. You can leave at any time: the renewal is cancelled in your account.

What people come with

You can ask about everything that happens in life

Questions come from all of life, and every one of them is answered from spiritual vision.

What is not a question for this group

Nutrition, treatment, medicine

These are not questions for this group: treatment continues with a doctor.

Business strategies and numbers

How to grow, whom to hire, how much to invest: there is V100 for that. Here a question about business is looked at through your state and perception.

Predictions and “signs”

Interest in numbers, stones and rituals is answered by turning back to your own perception.

Abstract reasoning

A question without your own details and your own experience stays without an answer: your details are needed.

The V100 mentorship programFor developing and scaling yourself: personally, in business, in your profession, in your familyIf your question is about growing a business, a team or money, there is V100 for that. In V100 I convey meanings, share knowledge and give recommendations. In Life my task is to guide each participant toward their next step in spiritual development.About V100 →
Participation

You can join at any time

The program opens to participants on December 1, 2026. You can apply now, and you can join the program at any time: in December or later. The group's meetings are held in Russian.

We recommend staying in the program for at least six months and planning to stay longer: deep spiritual study takes time. At the same time, you are free to leave the program at any time.

Participation is paid monthly, in US dollars. If you join for six months or more, the monthly price is lower. You will see the price after the application.

If you sign up before December 1, 2026, the first payment is charged right away and participation begins on December 1. The next payment is a month after the start, then once a month.

If you are new

Participation opens the meetings held while you are in the program. There will be separate starter sessions for newcomers.

If you were in the first group

Participants of the first Life group keep their usual monthly payment and full access to all the program's materials while they are in the group.

If you decide to leave

You cancel the renewal in your account, and participation continues until the end of the paid month. If you chose six months or more and leave earlier, the paid months are recalculated at the regular monthly price.
