Spiritual study. A state of engagement
How can spiritual study become part of your life rather than a separate activity on your calendar?
The first group's meetings, meditations and an additional meeting were recorded. The recordings are in Russian, with English descriptions and, where available, English articles and transcripts. Access to the recordings can be purchased separately from participation: the whole archive or a thematic collection.
The recording of the session, in Russian, and a separate audio track in the site's player, on any device.
An article on the session and the full transcript, with links to the moments of the recording. In English where available.
In English: what the session is about, the author's words, the concepts and other meetings where they come up.
The recordings are for studying on your own. They do not include the group, answers to your questions or the program's assignments: all of that comes with participation.
64 hr 1 min of recordings
The meetings in their overall sequence, the meditations and the additional meeting. On the session pages: a description, the author's words, concepts and connections with other meetings.
All the program's sessions →Some meetings can be considered together: observation, knowing another person, relationships from love, reading and assignments. The collections bring together sessions the program has already held.
A state of engagement, spiritual perception, and lived experience. Meetings about what it means to be engaged in spiritual study.
Reading, completing assignments, and reflection. What happens to you in the process of study and how to describe your own lived experience.
Observe independently, without conclusions. Do not invent what is happening; distinguish your own perception from a retelling.
Knowing another person. Child, mother, spouse: perceiving someone close to you as a spiritual being.
Relating to a person from love, different layers of interaction, independence, and participation.
Intention, the work of spiritual study, and readiness to hear. The thirst for knowledge and the thirst for truth.
A point of support, expanding perception, an impulse, and the “tube of professional development.”
Perceiving a painting, a seal, and music. Your own observation and lived experience in contact with art.
Observing your own state. Do not invent a perception or compare your process with someone else's.
Five meetings held May 11–15, 2026. Engagement, your own awakening, the assemblage point, cosmic form, observation, and experiencing the new.
Every recording has a description of its contents, the author's words, related concepts and other meetings of the program. Sessions are not sold one by one for now: they open as part of a thematic collection or the whole archive.
How can spiritual study become part of your life rather than a separate activity on your calendar?
How can I observe my perception without replacing it with agreement, disagreement, or an explanation?
Can I look at my child with interest in their own life, rather than the certainty that I already know them?
What am I observing in my own state now, as this process begins?
What of what is happening do I actually observe myself—in my own life, outside the meeting?
Through the concepts “observation”, “perception”, “spiritual being” and “lived experience” you can find the other meetings where they are considered.

“I listened to the meeting again because yesterday I felt anxious, it was hard to fall asleep, there were fears, worry… Today I listened calmly. I'm observing myself, and I understand what I was feeling.”
“I rewatched the session where my questions were discussed … I'm listening again to everything Alexander tells me in answering the question, and I see the true position of a student, and it's easy for me; I'm simply learning how to make decisions from my whole structure”
“The first time I watched the meeting recording, I fell asleep during the meditation part… right at the very beginning of the meditation, at that. Today I rewatched the last 30 minutes and nearly conked out again). That's my reflection.”
“I'm so transformed in my perception after our meetings. … I rewatched the last meeting, and it didn't land as deeply as it did in real time. I want to write down a lot right away, but I don't feel like getting distracted either; it's good there's a recording, after all.”
Meetings, questions and answers, reflections and assignments come with participation. You can join at any time.
