What should you do when different teachers say opposite things about meditation? How do you choose whom to listen to and whom not to? What should you rely on?

There is an important point here, even if you simply want to choose which spiritual subjects to study. First of all, you will not be able to choose, Galya, honestly. However many examples I give—look, I have twenty videos, another channel has twenty, and a third has twenty. First, you need to understand the person you are watching. With some people, you do not need twenty videos: it is immediately clear that you should not go to them. Or it is immediately clear that you should. But whether you watch those videos at all depends on having a particular energy, an impulse. The one thing you can do is turn your attention toward wanting to understand the truth. Could someone come to me wanting to take advantage of something and acquire a state that would let them tear everyone around them apart, or get more money? In theory, they might crawl their way here, but in practice it would be impossible. It just would not be possible. If that is the structure they are coming from, then the moment they decide to look at this kind of structure, it has already hit them like a hammer.

They have not even watched it yet. You do not need to watch my meditations. If you discuss my energy with someone, that person obviously encounters it, Galya. More precisely, they encounter certain energies, and they encounter them regardless. Before you came to discuss them together, the person had already encountered those energies. Their system had already encountered them and either brought about that conversation or did not. That is why these conversations happen with some people and do not even happen with others. If it is meant to happen, it will, and the person will get there. Can you choose on a material basis, as I mentioned with ChatGPT? Even if it draws conclusions for someone, they will see what they want to see in that table. Whatever it does, they will still choose according to some impulse of their own. The question is: which impulse? I know people who came to me or to other good places out of a desire for money or power, and their consciousness later transformed. That can happen. Why not? Of course it can. But there is still a fundamental impulse behind the person's approach.

Why do they want to do it? I think you need to choose everything deliberately and define your goal very clearly: what do you want? But when you encounter the spiritual world, there is no goal; it becomes life. For me, it is life, with no goal. Of course, I can dress up different areas and explain: “This practice is for this, that one is for that. Look over here; look at those energies.” But that is a way of touching and exploring energies. It makes no difference to me what result someone gets from it. It makes no difference. The one thing that does matter—and is guaranteed—is that their perception will expand. That is the only way. That is the only way. That is the only way. Beyond that, some algorithm shows you a video one more time or does not, and you watch it. It resonates with you or it does not; the same goes for a practice. I know many people who went to practices by chance. Until a certain age, I did not even know words like “esotericism” or “spiritual world.” Nothing at all. Zero. Just zero. I only knew some religious traditions. I remember a young woman coming to me and saying, “You need to go to a certain place.

“You and your partner need to go there.” We said, “Okay, let us go.” What was that? What was that? Of course, you could describe the energies, causes, effects, details, and everything else. But look at the event itself: something happened that changed everything that followed. So the choice is not which meditation or which teacher, but what you want to rely on in your life, and what you are doing with it at all. Even if you want to explore the spiritual world, is it to profit at other people's expense, become stronger, or be more impressive in your vision or perception? Or do you want to become better for the world, from a place of truth rather than manipulation, trying to bring love and benefit to other people? Everyone has that possibility and the potential for it. Within their systems is a whole spectrum of what is needed for it to happen. That is what I wish for everyone.
