What is real scaling? The kind of scaling that leads to completely clear, strong, solid development in a person's life. What can truly be called real scaling in a person's life. Perhaps someone comes along and says scaling means doubling your salary. Scaling means growing your business tenfold. Scaling is when you had three employees and now have thirty. Scaling means leaving a salaried job for your own business. Scaling is the number of children you have. Scaling is the number of impressive people in your circle. Scaling means getting into exclusive clubs. People invent particular benchmarks for the word “scaling” and, through this, actually fall into an illusion, failing to see the cause-and-effect relationship underlying human development. I have a program called the V100 Mentorship Movement. I talk about it from time to time. It's a program people join and stay in for a certain extended period, engaging with my different content, or different types of content. And recently someone asked, “Why is the program called V100?” At first I said, “Somehow, I don't remember. I don't really know why it has that name. It just came about naturally.” I said V stands for Volchek. Then I remembered very clearly that with the hundred, I was trying to convey that when someone joins the program, they don't simply develop twofold, threefold, fivefold, or tenfold, but scale up a hundredfold.
What does a hundredfold mean? How can you scale up a hundredfold at all? And what does it mean for a person to scale up a hundredfold? It's easy to say when you had $4 and now have $400: a hundredfold increase. That's very clear scaling. And it's easy to say I had one lead and now have a hundred leads, or potential customers. Or I had a thousand customers and now have a hundred thousand actual customers. A person measures their own scaling with these clear values. But what is a hundredfold scaling of the person themselves? Not a hundredfold increase in profit, not a hundredfold increase in revenue, but a hundredfold scaling of the person themselves. I'll now try to give you an understanding of this, a serious key to it, and at the same time offer one important solution. The first thing to understand is that scaling a hundredfold isn't connected to resolving a particular task, meeting a specified parameter, or achieving a goal. You don't need to set a goal to scale a hundredfold. You don't need a measurable indicator to scale a hundredfold, because what underlies a hundredfold scaling cannot be measured in any way. It's impossible to measure, impossible to measure by any means.
Only you yourself will know it. You personally will know. Others, of course, will start to notice it as a kind of consequence, but only you will know it inside. Scaling a hundredfold is when you develop your own perception. It's when you simultaneously perceive not ten events, but everything you possibly can at that moment. Perceiving means being aware, feeling, understanding, knowing causes and consequences, understanding why something happened and what will happen ahead. Understanding that, at the same time, you cannot know with a hundred percent certainty what will happen ahead, and being in a state of trust, a state of freedom, a state of honest, pure perception. In other words, scaling a hundredfold, real scaling, personal scaling, is an expansion of that individual's, that person's perception. Of course, again, expanded perception isn't a matter of comparable parameters. Since people are looking for this expansion of perception, since they've heard about it, they begin using various tools that supposedly expand perception, comparing expanded perception with certain values. Just as they want to compare profit figures: profit was $4 and became $4,000. They take some substance or attend some event where they experience a new perception, a perception they've never had before.
They begin to see something they haven't seen before. But seeing something you haven't seen doesn't in any way mean your perception has expanded, that you've scaled up as a person. Real expansion of perception in a person is natural, constant expansion. It's an expanded perception that's there all the time, whatever you're doing. It's always there, like a habit. You don't need to tune into this perception. You don't need to prepare for it. You don't need to travel anywhere for it. You don't need to pay money for it. This perception is always within you. What's more, it keeps developing and expanding. At the right moment, you perceive one thing, and at the right moment, you perceive ten, a hundred thousand things. Most importantly, you're ready and able to perceive everything. Perceiving everything literally means calmly responding to and perceiving things when you plant a plant or a flower, cook an omelet, put your child to bed, or read a book. All the way to naturally perceiving that your business is falling apart. To naturally perceiving conflicts in your relationships, to naturally perceiving that your own life is changing dramatically.
Your truly expanded perception is a perception that happens naturally and constantly. If it happens unnaturally and inconsistently, it's just a series of flashes. If someone tells you this state must have a measurable indicator, that's an illusion. It means you don't want to expand your perception; you don't want to scale yourself as a whole. It means you only want to bring about one particular event, without understanding how it will affect a thousand other areas. And most importantly, without understanding what state you're in. Recently, someone advised me to follow an American who is perhaps, supposedly, the leading figure in biohacking and trying to change his life. And it's striking: this person talks about how he'll extend his life and how healthy he'll be. Meanwhile, he spends almost all his time every day on that extension and that health. In other words, he spends all his present time on hacking his life. Then what's the point of life? Just live all that time without hacking anything. Why should I lengthen my life while losing life itself? What's the point of that? Why does someone want to spend twenty years earning five million dollars so that, twenty years later, they can be in Thailand with five million dollars, saying, “I'm suffering for twenty years now—
And saying, “I'm suffering for twenty years now, but in twenty years I'll live in Thailand, and everything will be good.” The point isn't that they don't know whether things there will be good or bad. The point is what happens during those twenty years. Is it really scaling, or is it actual deterioration? Like that very development that leads to deterioration. Again, when a person doesn't understand the cause-and-effect relationship. Someone goes to an event, takes certain substances, and their perception “expands,” in quotation marks. Well, at least they begin to see something there. They say, “I've realized everything, understood everything that happened.” But do they really understand what led them there, what cause brought them to that event, and what its consequences will be? Do they see all the future consequences? And as they go on living, do they feel all those consequences? Or do they tell themselves, “That event worked for six months. I felt good, but now it doesn't work.” But it really did work. They really did feel good. If they hadn't gone to that event, perhaps they would have felt much better than they felt afterward.
Maybe they would have felt good anyway. Maybe everything would have been great anyway. Maybe everything would have been good for them anyway. Or perhaps much better. Or perhaps a huge number of negative events that they can't even control wouldn't have been set in motion at the same time. They don't even understand where those events come from or how they arise. People say, “This person achieved great success, and they have cancer. And this person achieved great success, and they have cancer.” But if they hadn't achieved great success, would they have had cancer or not? Someone says, “We've studied everything. We've studied all of medicine.” Have you really studied everything? Do you really know all the cause-and-effect relationships? Real scaling is when a person begins to become aware of cause-and-effect relationships. And there's an incredible key to doing this. The point isn't that you understand the cause-and-effect relationships of events. The point is that every day, when you act and decide, when you take dozens or hundreds of actions, when you make hundreds or thousands of different decisions, you observe whether you know the cause-and-effect relationships or don't know them. The observation itself, the very fact that you're observing this, the very fact that you make this something to observe—I'll use this word now: you question whether you know these cause-and-effect relationships.
The point here isn't doubt; the point is observation. It means you're beginning to expand your perception very substantially. Again: not finding cause-and-effect relationships. For example, “Few people watched my video because it had a bad title.” Instead, saying to yourself, “I don't know the main reason few people watched my video. Because I don't know YouTube's algorithms. Because I don't know what parameters are in place. I don't know what the timing should be for people to watch. I don't know what would happen if a lot of people watched. I don't know whether a lot of people should watch it right now. I don't know what would happen to me if a lot of people watched. I don't know what would happen to the people who watched.” Make that something you observe. What is the main cause, or what are the causes, of this event? Dozens of things like this happen to every person every day. Since I've talked about V100 today, and I don't talk about it often, I invite you, especially if you know me, I invite you to join me in V100. There's always a link with the videos. Usually, it's for people who've been watching me and engaging with me for some time.
Sometimes it's for people who've somehow come across me by chance. There's an interesting thing I want to convey about V100. I talk about it a lot within V100. Someone will say I'm killing conversion, killing the number of people who'll join. V100 is a long-term program, because in V100 I guide a person toward real scaling and real development. Toward the kind of scaling that results from expanding your own perception. In this life, that's possible over time. I personally don't want to stop in my perception. I personally don't want to stop expanding my perception or expanding my scaling. Not the scaling where my profit grows, not the scaling where my salary grows, not the scaling where the number of wealthy people I know grows, but the real scaling I've been talking about today. I want to be in this state always: a state of real, vast, immeasurable perception, which has no number attached to it, a state of real freedom for a long time. A long time means always. I don't want to reach some point where freedom happens to me. I want to live in this state, understanding that I won't encounter every kind of freedom or every kind of perception.
And I'll never fully know myself. That's it. The end.
