Upload test results and medical documents to AI — as a second opinion
18 episodes in 12 months · 30 total · first in May 2024
I upload test results, scans and doctors' reports — my own and my family's — to a strong model and get an interpretation and a second opinion, often more detailed than from several doctors. A diploma does not make a doctor infallible, and AI helps you see that.
But I am not urging anyone to get treated through ChatGPT: it is additional analysis, not a replacement for a doctor, and an answer about your health needs to be double-checked. A useful trick is to ask how this question is handled in different countries.
Happening now. I have been doing this for more than a year and a half (extra episode, May 2025) and trust AI in medicine more and more (No. 164, September 2026), although the models themselves have become more cautious with medical advice.
Where to start
Upload your test results and doctors' reports to the strongest model, ask how the question is handled in different countries, and discuss the answer with your doctor.
I am not urging anyone to get treated through ChatGPT: it is additional analysis, not a replacement for a doctor.
“And even in part, that doesn't mean I'm now treating myself with the help of ChatGPT, by no means.”

Quotes
“I've been using ChatGPT for health for more than a year and a half now. Straight away, a disclaimer. I'm not urging anyone to do this, and so on.”
“…since you have this system that can still hallucinate, I mean, it's not one hundred percent, then current artificial intelligence isn't suitable for these tasks on the whole. … It, it complements, it gives additional capabilities, it strengthens a person, but it isn't suitable as a final, as a final solution.”
“And then she came and rechecked all of this completely in ChatGPT, like, in great detail. ChatGPT said that the doctor had acted very incompetently, super-incompetently.”
“I'm not even talking about, like, doctors, and there's a great deal I actually do trust artificial intelligence with.”
