Rebuild processes around AI instead of bolting AI onto the old ones

When a company adopts AI, it usually automates the very same processes. That is a mistake: the processes have to be remade completely, and the company has to start living in a different way. AI first is when AI is built into every process and into all interaction with the customer.
An AI-native product is created not with a prompt for a model but with a system around AI. And the market still lives by old notions and wants to adopt what should have been adopted two years ago.

Where to start
Do not automate the old process: first solve the task by hand with a strong model, then build a new process around AI.
Rebuilding does not mean automating right away: over three years, in roughly 95 cases out of 100, I advised doing the task by hand with ChatGPT first.
