Seals. The ability to observe
There are the seals—and there is the ability to observe them itself. Alexander describes a seal as an “imprint of the Universe's time” and draws attention to your own perception: what is happening, what state you are in, whether there is engagement. Meditation becomes a continuation of study rather than an exercise in inventing images.
What do I perceive in contact with the seals, and what can I observe in myself?
- For those who have already encountered seals in the program's materials
- For those who want to continue studying them through a meditation recording
